Professionally refurbished and redecorated in 2020 with new furniture and artwork, and fully appointed kitchen
While the lighthouse welcomes guests of all ages , stays in the apartment are not recommended for children under 10 years of age.

RENTAL DETAILS

Two night minimum stays available required.
Bedding and towels provided
Due to several last minute cancellations in the 2024 and 2025 seasons , effective November 1st 2025 the deposit of a cancelled reservation will not be refunded but can be applied for an equal-length reservation in the 2026 season or 2027 only.
Due to the historic nature of the Keeper’s Quarters Apartment , the fragility of artifacts found in the apartment, and the cost of replacing broken or damaged furnishings, a $500 security deposit is required.
Mid-May to mid-June rentals receive a $100 credit in the gift shop.
High season renters (late June, July, and August) will receive a welcome-bag voucher for $25 off a purchase of $100 or more at the Gift Shop.
The Keeper’s Quarters Apartment is expected to be available for rent all season long in 2026, and each week will offer guests a once in a lifetime chance to overlook the progress of the new Shoreline Protection Season. Please note that construction will begin at 7:30 a.m., and end at 5:30 p.m. If construction is delayed Monday – Friday due to unforseen circumstances, work may occur on Saturday instead.

AVAILABILITY:

Weekly rental (7 days)
Daily rental (2 or more days) (Available ONLY in the shoulder season of May, early June, September, and October).
If you have any issues with the reservation form, please confirm that you are booking a week long stay in late June, July and August, at least a two night stay in May, early June, September, and October. If this is not the cause of the issue, please email reservations@pointbetsie.org. We will be happy to help.
Here is the key for reading the calendar below. Days highlighted in pink are already reserved by someone and not available. Days that show bold prices are elegible to begin a reservation. Days that are light (non-bold) can be included in a rental period, but cannot start a rental period.

Please note that we are anticipating a construction project that will potentially affect access to the lighthouse grounds. In that event renters will be issued a full refund of any payments.
